Volunteer Program

Volunteer Commitment:

  • Commit to working at least one shift a week. For scheduling consistency, try to volunteer on a set day each week.

  • Check the WhatsApp group chat regularly for updates, shift openings, and notes on the animals.

  • Help and train any friends you bring as potential volunteers and/or other new volunteers.

  • Please provide 30 days notice if you can no longer volunteer (to allow time to find and train replacement).

  • Optional: side projects are always available and will be announced on the group chat. Participation in side projects is not required as part of a regular shift, but extra help is always greatly appreciated.

  • Optional: If you have any particular interests, skills, or areas of expertise, please let us know!
